-Setting Up:
-
Players stand in a line a predetermined distance apart (three to five paces works well).
-
A player at the end of the line holds the ball.
-Instructions:
-
On your signal to begin, the first player passes the ball to the middle player, who passes the ball to the player at the other end of the line. The player at the other end of the line passes the ball back to the player in the middle, who passes it back to the first player. This counts as one lap.
-
On your signal to stop, players determine how many laps they made.
-
Players repeat the relay.
-Questions & Notes:
-
Round the Triangle Pass Relay: Played the same as Pass Relay except that players stand in a triangle formation and pass the ball around the triangle as many times as possible in the time established. You could specify different types of passes to use in each game.
-
A BallastTM Ball makes these relays more challenging.
