No Ball Holding
-Objective:
Combining elements of football, soccer, volleyball, and basketball, teams try to get the ball through the goal in the center of the circular playing area.

Set up the goal in the middle of the playing area.

Setup the cones 5-10 paces from the goal (closer for less able players and further for more able players.

Teams start on their own side.
-
One player from each team is a goalie on their side of the net.

One player from each team is given the ball on their own side.
-Instructions:

After kickoff, players use moves from four sports to advance the ball while outside the key.
-
Players need to keep the ball moving without holding or trapping it.
-
Defenders will run in front of the flying or rolling ball and try to block it from advancing.
-
Each team has a goalie guarding its side of the goal. When the ball is inside the key, only goalies are allowing to touch it.

If another player touches it in the key, the other team gets a penalty kick.

The team that scores the most points by passing the ball through its side of the goal wins!

Add in a challenging variation by eliminating the goalies.
