Feet Pass
-Objective:
To use the feet to pass the stability ball around the circle as many times as possible in a set amount of time without the ball touching the ground

One stability ball for groups of 3-5 players

Players sit in a circle, facing the middle, about one pace apart (you may have them begin closer together at first).
-
Give one player a stability ball.
-Instructions:
-
On your signal to begin, the first player lifts the ball between her legs and passes it to the next player’s legs.
-
Have the groups count each time they are successful at moving the ball around the circle.

If the ball touches the ground, the group begins counting successive circles again from zero.
-
At the end of the time limit (one or two minutes), have the groups announce the highest number of successive circles they made.

Two-Ball Feet Pass: Played the same as Feet Pass except that groups pass two balls around their circles at the same time.
