One stability ball per pair of players

Two players sit opposite each other on the ground approximately 3 yards or meters apart.

One player holds a stability ball.
-Instructions:

On your signal to begin, players pass the ball to each other as many times as possible in one minute.

The ball must bounce at least once, but no more than once, between players.
-
Each consecutive caught pass counts as one.
-
The winning pair is the pair that has the most consecutive caught passes in one minute
-Questions & Notes:
-
Move players farther apart and have them complete two-bounce passes each time.

Standing One-Bounce Passes: Players stand facing each other, each with a ball in hand. On your signal to start, pairs try to complete as many passes as possible in the set amount of time.

Use a BallastTM Ball and try to pass the ball in the air with the filling not moving, and then try to pass it with the ball spinning
