One of the players holds a ball along her side on the ground as far away from her partner as possible.
-Instructions:
-
On your signal to begin, both players lift their hands off the ground.
-
The player with the ball pulls it across her body and passes it to her partner.
-
If the hand of either player touches the ground, they must begin their pass count again at zero.
-
The pair who makes the most successive passes in one minute wins.
-Questions & Notes:
-
Allow a bounce after each pass.
-
The farther players are from each other, the more challenging the activity is.
-
To make this activity more challenging, players may have only their buttocks on the ground (heels are also off the ground).
-
Use a BalastTM Ball to make this activity even more challenging
