All players stand beside a stability ball and put one hand on top of it.

Players determine a partner.

Determine the playing boundaries which will keep all players in a fairly confined space.
-Instructions:
-
Play a game of rock, paper, scissors to determine which of the partners is It.
-
Upon the leader’s signal to start the Its hold onto their ball and walk around their ball two times to give their partner an opportunity to move away.
-
Players move around the playing area by always being in contact with their ball.
-
When she is successful in tagging her partner, her partner is the new It, walks around her ball twice and then tries to re-tag her partner

Island Dribble Tag: Played the same as Island Tag but the players bounce their ball as they try to move around the island.

The more confined the area and the more players the better.
