One You Fo stick per player.

Set up two goal areas--could be a basketball key or somewhat bigger. The larger the goal area the easier to score goals.
Each team stands in their goal area, each team member holds a You Fo stick, and one team member of one team holds the ring.
-Instructions:
On the signal to begin, the player with the ring throws it to the other team.
Once a team has possession, those players attempt to toss the ring to each other (no taking any steps when a player is in possession of the ring) with the purpose of passing the ring to one of their teammates catching the ring while standing in the goal area.
If a ring is dropped, the team which first has a player place their You Fo stick in the ring, is the team who takes possession of the ring.
When a score is made, teams switch ends and the scoring team tosses the ring to the other team.
No defensive player may be in the scoring zone--making it easier to score and reduce possible injury for beginning players.
