To count how many consecutive passes a pair of players can make

-Aptitudes motrices fondamentales:

  • Non-locomotor

  • Strike

  • One Bosu ball

  • Two racquets

  • One ball/bird

-Mise en place:

  • Two players stand on Bosu balls, each holding a racquet, and facing each other about 3-5 steps away.

  • One player holds a bird or ball.

-Instructions:

  • When the players are ready, the first player hits the ball/bird to the other.

  • The other player returns it.

  • Players count how many consecutive hits they can make without dismounting from the Bosu Ball.
