One medicine ball, stability ball, Omnikin ball...

Players stand opposite a volleyball net with each standing on a Bosu ball.
One player holds a Medicine ball.
-Instructions:
The player with the Medicine ball tosses the ball over the net to their partner on the other side of the net.
