-Objectif:

For players to complete a set number of (consecutive) tosses or complete as many tosses as they can within a set time limit.

-Aptitudes motrices fondamentales:

  • Manipulative-Receive

  • Catch

  • Manipulative-Send

  • Throw

  • Non-locomotor

  • Balance

-Liste d'équipement:

  • Per pair of players:

  • Two Bosu ball balls

  • One medicine ball, stability ball, Omnikin ball...

-Mise en place:

  • Players stand opposite a volleyball net with each standing on a Bosu ball.

  • One player holds a Medicine ball.

-Instructions:

  • The player with the Medicine ball tosses the ball over the net to their partner on the other side of the net.
