For players to complete a set number of dumbbell swings.

-Aptitudes motrices fondamentales:

  • Non-locomotor

  • Balance

  • One Bosu ball

  • A pair of equally weighted dumbells

-Mise en place:

  • A player stands on a Bosu ball holding a dumbbell in each hand.


  • On the signal to begin the player swings the dumbbells forward while going into a squat.

  • The dumbbells are then swung backwards while the player comes to a more upright balanced position.

  • Flip the Bosu ball upside-down.
