Standing player attempts to touch knee of player in pushup position.

-Mise en place:

  • Players partner up.

  • One player goes into a high pushup position.

  • The other player stands at the pushup player's head.

-Instructions:

  • When the players are ready, the player at the head of the pushup player atttempts to tag a knee of the player in the pushup position.

  • The pushup player attempts to slide their legs to the left or right to avoid getting tagged.
