Try to see how far one can hop while in a push-up position with knuckles (fists) on the ground.

-Aptitudes motrices fondamentales:

-Mise en place:

  • Player begins in a push-up position with knuckles on a start line.

-Instructions:

  • When the player is ready they push their whole body up from a push-up position and land in a push-up position further away from the start line.

  • When the player has not the strength or has crossed a pain threshold. Mark the spot where they ended.

  • Determine who can go the furthest.
