-Objectif:

Titre 1

For all players to follow the player in front of them and repeat the same movements.

-Aptitudes motrices fondamentales:

  • Locomotor​

    • Gallop

    • Hop

    • Jump

    • Leap

    • Run​

    • Skip

    • Slide

    • Walk

-Mise en place:

  • Players (in groups of 3-8 players) line up single file behind a leader.

-Instructions:

  • All players follow the leader down lines in the gym.

  • The leader uses different movements to go down the line (hopping, long steps, going backwards, crab walk, sideways, cartwheels....)

  • At a given leader by the instructor the leader goes to the back of the line and a new leader leads the team.

-Questions et notes:

  • Safety considerations:

    • Warn players not to do movements that are dangerous (hoping over chairs, running along benches....)

  • Instructional tip:

    • Music will enhance this activity.
