Set up 2 pylons 5 paces apart (further if there are many people)

Give each player a soccer ball

Each player lines up at one of the pylons
-Instructions:

At the signal to begin all players dribble through a figure 8 pattern around the pylons.

The more people and the closer the pylons the more congested is the middle between the 2 pylons.
-
Each player tries to successfully complete 10 laps of the course--dribbling around both pylons is considered 1 lap.

Safety considerations:

No running is permitted.

No deliberate body contact is permitted.

Players should keep their heads up, especially when they are going through the mob in the middle.

As a cool-down:

Works great as a cool-down, particularly if the pylons are not to far apart and movement is limited to a quick walk.
