-Questions et notes:

  • Tips and Variations

    • This game gives students a fun and excellent way of doing sit-ups.

    • Reverse Pass the Egg:

      • Played the same as Pass the Egg except that the ball goes in the opposite direction.

      • A player begins by sitting up and picking the ball off the hands of the player at his feet.

      • That player lies back down, and the player ahead of him takes the ball off his hands.

    • Turn Around and Switch Directions:

      • Played the same as Pass the Egg except that after two full circles the players all turn to face the opposite direction and complete two more full circles before switching directions again.

      • At the end of the time limit the groups announce the highest number of successive circles they made.

    • Conveyor Belt:

      • Played the same as Pass the Egg except that players lie in a straight line with the person at the front of the line holding the ball.

      • Once a player passes the ball, he runs to the back of the line and waits for the next passing opportunity.

      • Keep track of the time it takes groups to cross a room.

      • Do not play Conveyor Belt in a forward direction because the stability ball may bang someone’s head against the ground if it is not caught.
