To try to catch the ball in as many different ways as possible

  • Manipulative Receive

  • Catch

-Liste d'équipement:

  • One stability ball per pair of players

-Mise en place:

  • Two players face each other about two to four paces apart.

  • One player holds a stability ball.

-Instructions:

  • When the two players are ready have them toss the ball to each other and discover how many different ways they can catch the ball.

  • What kinds of catches are more difficult than others? Why?

  • How does distance of throw affect the challenge? Why?
