To answer a math problem quicker than your opponents and have your team spell a word.

Teams of three players stand behind a starting line.

The leader stands about 10 paces away holding a deck of cards.
-Instructions:
-
Teams of three players run to the leader who shows the first player of each team two playing cards.
-
The first player to say the correct number (addition, multiplication, subtraction) gets to pick up a marker to take back to their team. These markers (tongue depressors, Popsicle sticks...) are used to have teams spell a word (like SUM...). The first team to successfully spell a word with these markers wins.

As soon as one set of players has answered the question the next set of players run to answer a question.
