-Objectif:

Be the first team to serve and knock down the opponent's targets

• One Volleyball for every other player

• One Volleyball net

• Targets (pins, foam squares,  toppletubes...)

-Lien d'équipement:

• Divide players into two teams and have one team play on one side of the net and the other team on the other side of the net.

• Divide the targets equally between the two teams.

• Players position the targets on their side of the court--they  all have to be behind the attack line.

• Divid the volleyballs equally between the two teams.

• On the leader's signal to begin, players serve the ball from behind the attack line and attempt to knock over all of their opponent's targets. The first team to do so is the winner.

• No players may block any serves.

• Questions for Understanding:

• What are the best places to place the targets? Why?

• What techniques are best to hit targets accurately? Why?
