One Pitjau ball and Ring

One (in singles) or two (in doubles) stand on either side of the ring.
Determine who is the fist side to serve.
The server holds the Pitjau ball.
-Instructions:
The server stands one metre away from the ring and hits the ball in an upward direction through the ring.
The other side is permitted a maximum of three hits per side before returning the ball through the ring.
A player may hit the ball two times in succession.
If the ball hits the ring and returns to the attacking side, the attacking side gets three new hits, if the ball goes through the ring, the receiving team gets their regular three hits.
