  • One pickleball paddle and racquet per player.

-Mise en place:

  • Each player stands in scattered position around the playing area, holding a paddle and a ball.

-Instructions:

  • Players toss their ball into the air and attempt to cradle/catch the ball with their paddle.

-Questions et notes:

  • Variation: Could also do with partners, one tossing the ball to the other player who catches the ball with their paddle.

  • What makes it easiest to catch the ball on the paddle?

  • How does it feel when you succeed?
