-Objectif:

Titre 1

Be the first team to have each player pass the ball once (or more times) and switch sides.

-Aptitudes motrices fondamentales:

  • Manipulative Send

  • Forearm Volley

-Liste d'équipement:

  • One volleyball per 6-8 players.

-Mise en place:

  • Teams of six to eight players line up in two lines opposite each other.

  • The first player holds a volleyball.

-Instructions:

  • The first player forearm passes the ball to the first player in the opposite line.

  • That player forearm passes it back.

  • Continue till all players have passed the ball once.

  • A variation is to go through all players two or more times.
