-Objectif:

To score points by landing the bird/ball in the opponent’s court.

• One racquet per player, and 1 bird/ball per court

-Lien d'équipement:

• A server and a receiver are on the court in a single’s position.

• The remaining players line-up behind the back end line

• Four players from each team line up behind the court.

• One player from each team stands on the court.

• One player serves the bird and then goes to the side of the court and to the back of the line.

• Front player in the line quickly goes onto the court.

• Play as with regular rules.

• Variations: 

  • Side Subs Badminton: One player is on the court, a team mate stands behind the court, and 2 other team mates stand on either side of the court. Play using regular badminton rules except that after a player hits the bird he goes to a spot vacated by a team mate on the sidelines. Players on the side need to communicate which player is in the most strategic spot to enter the game. Each player must contact the bird before a player is permitted to contact a bird a second time.
