-Lien d'équipement:

-Mise en place:

  • Make a four square box (4 yards or meters in diameter and divided into four squares).

  • Define one small square as the king’s square, and number the other squares 3, 2, and 1.

  • Choose four players to stand in the four squares; the extra players wait outside square

-Instructions:

  • The king has the ball, bounces it off the ground, and then hits it into one of the other squares. The hit ball must bounce in a neighboring square (bouncing on the lines of a square counts as being in the square).

  • The player whose square the ball lands in must hit the ball in an upward trajectory so that it lands in one of the neighboring squares.

  • If a player fails to hit the ball into JOHN a neighboring square, that player is eliminated. The eliminated player goes to the back of the extra players’ line.

  • When a player is eliminated, all other players move up to fill that spot. For example, if the eliminated player is in square 1, the next extra player moves into that square. If the eliminated player is in square 2, the player in square 1 moves into square 2 and an extra player moves into square 1. If the eliminated player is in square 3, the player in square 2 moves into square 3, the player in square 1 moves into square 2, and an extra player moves into square 1. If the king is eliminated, everyone moves up one square and the new player moves into square 1.

-Questions et notes:

  • Tips and Variations

    • The players who are waiting can remain active by jogging slowly or doing another activity that you specify, well outside the big square so they do not get in the way of the other players.
