-Objectif:
Titre 1
Three or six teams of players attempt to throw their ball at the rebounder and a teammate attempts to catch it. Each team attempts to complete as many catches as possible in a set time limit.

-Liste d'équipement:
TriBound rebounder per game, and one ball and one polyspot per team.

-Mise en place:
Position the rebounder in the centre of the playing space.
Place a polyspot a couple paces from the rebounder.
Teams line up behind their respective polyspot.
The front player of each team is given a ball.
-Instructions:
On the leader's signal to begin the first player in line throws their ball at the rebounder and the second player in line attempts to catch it.
Each team calls out the number of their successive catches.
The players that caught the ball then goes behind their polyspot and attempt to repeat the toss with the next player catching it....
Play for a pre-set time limit.
