-Lien d'équipement:

-Mise en place:

  • Partners face each other holding a towel between them.

  • One pair of partners (holding a ball between them in addition to their towel) stands beside another pair, approximately 3 to 4 yards or meters apart.

-Instructions:

  • On your signal to begin, the pair with the ball flips it into the other pair’s towel.

  • Groups count the most consecutive passes they can make in the predetermined time limit (two minutes is usually a good time limit).

-Questions et notes:

  • Toss in the Towel for Distance: Once players succeed at the first pass, the passers take one sideways step away from the other set of partners, thereby increasing the distance of the next pass. If the next pass is successful, the passers take one sideways step away from the other set of partners. Pairs of players continue to move a step farther and farther apart in an effort to get as far apart as possible. However, if a ball hits the floor or ceiling, the players must move back and start from the beginning (or take one step closer together).

  • *Using a BallastTM Ball makes this even more challenging.
