Throwing object (ball, pool noodle, bean bag...).

Partners stand opposite each other at pre-set lines that are a distance that is difficult (but not impossible) to succeed at. Could have different distances or objects that people can challenge themselves at (A distant group, B distant group, C distant group....).

Players at one side hold the throwing object.

Partners stand opposite at the other line.

Place scoring pieces in the middle
-Instructions:

On the signal to begin, the player holding the throwing object attempts to throw the object to their partner who attempts to catch the object behind their line.
-
If successful or not, players run to switch positions, and the player who attempted to catch the object is now the thrower....
-
If successful, the player who caught the object runs and picks up a scoring piece of equipment.
-
Once all the scoring objects have been collected, or after a preset time, pairs of players count their scoring pieces to determine winners for the different groups.

Variations: Specify a specific throwing technique (underhand, overland, bounce pass, volleyball set...).
