To count how many bounces you can make (in a set time).

  • One Omnikin ball per player

-Mise en place:

  • Each player is located in a scattered position in playing area

  • Each player is given one Omnikin ball

-Instructions:

  • On the leader's signal to begin the players attempt to count how many times the ball can be bounced on the back of a player's hands (alternating hands).

  • Make it more challenging by not permitting players to move their feet.
