-Objectif:

Titre 1

To count how many consecutive headers can be accomplished.

-Aptitudes motrices fondamentales:

  • Manipulative Retain

  • Heading

-Liste d'équipement:

  • One D-Lite or Omnikin ball per group of 5-6 players

-Mise en place:

  • Players stand in a circle facing each other.

  • One player is given one D-Lite or  Omnikin ball.

-Instructions:

  • When the group is ready to  begin, the player with the ball begins by heading the ball to a teammate.

  • Count how many consecutive times they can head a ball.
