-Objectif:

For pairs of players to slide a bean bag to each other with the partner trapping it with a pylon.

-Aptitudes motrices fondamentales:

  • Manipulative Receive

  • Trap

  • Manipulative Send

  • Slide

-Liste d'équipement:

  • One pylon per player and one bean bag per pair of players.

-Mise en place:

  • Two players kneel 5-15 paces (depends on proficiency) apart.

  • Each player olds a pylon and one player holds a beanbag.

-Instructions:

  • When both players are ready, the player with the bean bag slides it towards their partner.

  • The partner attempts to trap the sliding beanbag with the pylon.

  • Reverse roles...
