For one player to mark another player and attempt to walk and tag the other player.

They stand close together and decide with rock-paper-scissors who is the first to be IT (the taggger).
-Instructions:
When the players are ready the taggers circle around three times to give the players to be tagged an opportunity to get away.
Once the taggers have circled three times they try to tag the other player.
Once a player is tagged the players switch roles and the taggers circle three times to give the to be tagged players opportunity to get away...

Variation: Have each player dribble a ball.
