Lift Hula Hoop Over and Jump Back In

Titre 1

  • For pairs of players move a hula hoop down the course.

-Aptitudes motrices fondamentales:

  • Locomotor

  • Jump

-Liste d'équipement:

  • One hula hoop per pair of players.

-Mise en place:

  • Establish a start line, with a finish line approximately 10-15 paces away.

  • Place a hula hoop on the start line in front of pairs of players.

  • One partner stands in the hoop the other stands behind the hoop.

-Instructions:

  • On the signal to begin the players standing in the hoop lifts it up and places in front of them.

  • Meanwhile their partners run in front of the player, keeping enough distance so that their partners can place a hula hoop between them.

  • Once the hula hoop is placed on the ground, the second player jumps backwards into the hoop and then lifts it over them....
