-Objectif:

For players to hop about playing area and not tagged by a ball held by an IT.

-Aptitudes motrices fondamentales:

  • Locomotor

  • Hop

-Liste d'équipement:

  • One ball per every 5-10 players

-Mise en place:

  • Players are in a scattered position throughout the playing area.

  • Give a ball to one out of every five to ten players.

-Instructions:

  • The leader signals players can begin.

  • All players hop about the playing area--When players get tired of hopping one foot they can switch to the other foot.

  • The ITs have a ball and when they touch another player that player becomes a new IT.
