Teams attempt to pick up one noodle at a time until all pool noodles have been collected. Who can collect the most at the end of time ?
20-30 Pool Noodles per team
-Mise en place:
Players are placed in teams of 3-5 players each lined up behind a starting line.
Place a whole pile (maybe 100) of pool noodles at the other end of the playing area.
On the leader's signal to begin, the first player from each team runs and picks up one pool noodle.
The first player returns to the starting line and gives the noodle to the next player in line. That player runs and picks up a second noodle.
Continue the above pattern till all the pool noodles are picked up.
Count which team has the most.

Question for Understanding:
In leadership situations where one has too much on their plate, what are some of the best ways to handle that?
Thanks to Robert Matheson from CIRA Ontario for first demonstrating this game to me.
