To not get eliminated by being hit on the Butt with a noodle.
One half-noodle (full-length noodles cut in half length) per player.
-Mise en place:
Define the playing area boundaries and position all players inside that area.
Give each person a pool noodle.
On the signal to begin, players attempt to strike other players on their butt, and try to avoid being hit on their own butt.
If a player is hit on their butt they are eliminated and stand outside the playing area—if, from behind the playing area line they can strike an active player in the butt, these two players switch spots.
About every 10 seconds the leader calls butts-in and all players are back into the playing area.
-Questions et notes:
Sometimes we are so committed to striking someone else that we get hit ourselves. What is this say about leadership?
