-Mise en place:

  • Six to ten players lay on the ground with heads towards the middle.

  • Determine who is going first.

-Instructions:

  • At the leader’s signal all players go into a pushup position

  • Then, the first player stands up and runs clockwise, leaping over teammates in the pushup position, returning to their spot and immediately going into a pushup position.

  • Once a player has been leaped over, that player stands up and runs clockwise, leaping over teammates….

  • Complete this challenge three times.

  • Determine which group can complete this task the quickest.
