To take a ball away from an opponent or force an opponent to move his feet
-Aptitudes motrices fondamentales:
One stability ball per pair of players
-Mise en place:
Players stand opposite each other.
Each player holds the shared ball with two hands.
Players count “One, two, three, start.”
On the signal to start, players try to pull the ball away from their opponents or force their opponents to move their feet. The player who loses his ball or moves his feet first loses.
Players play the best of five and then challenge different partners.
-Questions et notes:
Kneeling Ball Hug: Players kneel opposite each other and hold on to the ball. Each player tries to take the ball away from his opponent or force his opponent to lose his balance. The player who loses his balance first loses the game.
